At Audio Connection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound experience. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the audio equipment you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure a safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
